This small circular bag is made with black organic cotton corduroy for the outer and a beautiful printed viscose for the lining. The zipper and webbing straps are secondhand. The organic cotton corduroy and viscose scraps are pre-consumer production waste from Finnish sustainable fashion brand MORICO.
This circular bag is sewn together from a variety of small scraps, both for the exterior and the lining. It features piping around the edges to help it retain the circular shape. The piping was made with long thin corduroy scraps and leftover macrame rope. There is a small front pocket, that also features the crystal pattern fabric on the inside. The straps of the bags are made from secondhand webbing and their length makes it possible to wear this bag both at the side or across your body.
This bag is a true allrounder, that can hold all your essentials, like phone, wallet, keys and a pair of sunglasses. The subtly textured black corduroy matches almost any outfit and fashion style. The round shape with the piping accent makes the bag usable in a very casual outfit or dressed up for a more formal occasion.
MORICO is a finnish sustainable brand, creating ethical and slow fashion. This product is created with some of their pre-consumer scraps - cut-offs in the production process of their clothes and accessories. Their high quality organic cottons, viscose and other fabrics are too precious to waste, so we took some of the small and weird pieces and created a small collection of unique Wasteless Wonders products with them.
